Been here numerous times..low season..high season...and may consider a winter visit..need to check out the apts above the beachside restaurants!!..Always a lovely atmosphere..was buzzing last...

The most beautiful little cove with crystal clear water, well worth a trip there. Nice hotel with eatery and ice cream parlour too.

Surprising beach... Crystal clear waters and shadows because of rocks and trees. Lots of shells to hunt, shallow waters and hardly any waves. Great for kids. The main beach can be crowded, both sides are more quiet. Come early if you want to park (for free) in the streets before the beach entrance - do not try to park at the beach entrance - its nearly impossible to find a spot. There's a free bus between the beach and Noirmoutier-en-l'Île back and forth every 15 minutes. Definitely a beach to visit a few times.
