  • It's kind of incredible that such a treasure would just be something at the side is the road next to an olive grove. Barbegal shows us that Roman addicts were not just the giant structures like the Pont du Gard. Barbegal is probably only 18 feet high. It's amazing that we can get that close to an ancient structure like this.
