A quiet and unspoilt spot for a wander and a relax. Obviously you have to time your visit with the tide, but if you do it's a great place to explore.
Remember to ask about the tides in the information centre. You will need to cross a road which only in low tide is above the sea level. Great place for picnics (there are chairs and tables)
