It’s a nice museum. The only negative I feel is the lack of English. I know it’s a French Museum but there is little to no translation. I get that history is history and it’s similar so I can follow along but I don’t think the translations are complete. There maybe 2-3 passages in French and then 1 sentence in English. Maybe if they have supplemental leaflets or something that would make it easier. But I did enjoy the museum.

Dear people of the museum, I was looking forward to this museum, because this museum inhibits some very important early and late antique roman specimen/sources. However, the exhibit was old-fashioned, lacked information (especially for those that are non-french speaking) and was not up to date. In contrast, the exhibit regarding later french maritime pieces was quite elaborate, extensive and 'modern' (although it still lacked information for the non-french speaking). Thus, i was a bit dissapointed. Best wishes, Niels
