Musee du Chocolat, Bayonne

This is THE place/palace of Chocolate! The museum offers a nice trip through chocolate history. In particular, it explains how Bayonne has become the chocolate capital city in France. The visit ends with a delicious tasting. Guided by an expert, you can taste different flavors of chocolate and also share your feedback. Kids are even offered a workshop … (this is a surprise!) Last but not least, the shop is a great opportunity to purchase top quality products for a reasonable price.

Great place to lurn about chocolate making. Staff is nice. Would love to have audio translate in others languages. (Writing is translated). Testing is great, with good explanation but limited to only few chocolate origins.
