We had a full day tour of the Normandy d-day sites. Vanessa is very knowledgeable !!! She knows so much and it shows. We gave her only 4 stars as her passion is not there yet anymore and it is tangible. It feels that each question is a bit of a favor or she responds in a blasé way. May be it was a bad day.

We had a great tour of D-Day sites with Vanessa. She is a very knowledgeable, accomodating and flexible guide who is a local fluent in English. Along our tour she provide insights, painting the scene for how the invasion unfolded. Vanessa made the day so easy and allowed us to soak up the gravity and scale of what went on in Normandy.
