Perfect place to go out with family and friends..it's not crowded so you can do beach sport activities as well

This beach has horrible and rude lifeguards. When my husband was surfing a so called local thought he owned the waves and figured it was ok to try to drown him. (My husband is an avid surfer and know the rules very well regarding wave etiquette). The local was in the wrong completely. When I notified the lifeguards they said they had been watching the ordeal and said “This man is a local. Everyone here knows him. He was mad because he wanted that wave.” Last time I checked a lifeguards duty is to guard lives. It was horrifying watching a big man pound and drown my husband. Even worse is realizing that the lifeguards solely support locals and condone such beastly and unjustly behavior. I will never visit this beach again. If you are a foreign surfer be utmost careful as you have no protection with the lifeguards at this beach.
