Falcon Adventure, Hurghada

We were on quad-safari with Falcon Adventure, and it could (and should) have been 5 stars. Views were fascinating, views pick-up from the hotel was perfectly in time, and the tour guide really went an extra mile to ensure everyone would have great impressions and beautiful pictures. It’s a shame there were several totally unnecessary issues which have substantially impacted the experience: 1. As the journey took longer than expected (not a problem as such), we were returning to the camp after the sunset. It turned out that at least half of the quads didn’t have any front or back lights working… riding those in the dark just didn’t feel safe, especially for those who was doing it for the first time ever. Luckily no accidents. 2. Somehow someone mixed the name of the hotel for our transfer back, the driver missed our hotel by 2 km or so, but then just went on to another hotel which was 20-25 min further away. Instead of 10 min or so the transfer back resulted in taking almost an hour. 3. We were warned in advance to bring or buy the scarfs, but weren’t about extra cost of renting the special glasses. Those were highly recommended to wear by the staff in quad-bike camp and it made sense, just not nice that this extra cost came as a surprise when you are not anymore in a position to say “no”. Hopefully these will be fixed and the experience will only be 5+ for the future guests!

If you ever go to Egypt use this company for your trips! They go that extra mile to really make you take in all of this beautiful country, they are ridiculously cheap with amazing staff!
