Meet the native marine animals of the Caribbean at Oceanario. Take a boat trip to the small island and see the animals in their fenced enclosures situated within open ocean water. You can observe the feeding of the sharks or swim with dolphins. At the salt water aquarium, you can see all kinds of colorful fish, as well as different species of sharks, sea turtles, and other marine life. A couple of times a day the staff puts on a show with the dolphins and tiger sharks to demonstrate their training. These guys do seem to really care for these animals and do a lot of conservation work and animal rehab for injured animals. Its chaotic at busy times and all in Spanish. Very inexpensive at £6 (30,000cop) to get in and you can get in the water with dolphins for $40 approx £32, if you want to. As you get off your boat the guys sell you entrance tickets and then you go to the kiosk before the entrance and ask to swim with the dolphins. It is more like a careful petting session and the dolphins are rewarded with fish to let you tickle their tummies. There is also a great opportunity to have your photo with a very friendly pelican for a donation to pay for his fish. Beautiful bird.

Really cool place. The people that work there are really friendly. The animals they have there are really cool; sharks, dolphins, turtles, meros, and others! You will also learn about the different animals they have. They give you a really nice your around the place showing you one by one each one of the animals they have there. Come and check it out!
