I did this as part of a day tour, so I only had to queue up to get into the location. This was a good thing, because the ticket queue was as long, if not longer than the one to go on the Journey...

LINES!!!!!! Be prepared to stand in line! Purchase your tickets online ahead of time. With that being said, the experience was worth the wait. To stand below these massive falls was an amazing experience. You'll get a little wet but I enjoyed it so much that we felt we didn't need to take the boat ride to the falls. I recommend it

Wow simply incredible to experience this. Pictures just don't cut it. The elevator ride down is quick and the tunnel can be claustrophobic but it's something you have to see and feel. The power of the falls can be heard and felt when inside 1 of 2 observation tunnels but going out on the observation deck to see the Horseshoe fall is amazing and yes you will wet. Ponchos provided and just the overall trip was well worth it.
