  • An informative place to spend some time and relax. Similar to a museum but have more things to do here. Staffs were helpful and patient to explain things. Loved the ambiance and the way they have maintained the place. Smell of sulphur reminds me of chemistry lab at school. Plan to go there in the morning as parking lots get filling in very quick. Overall great experience.
  • Not too sure why all the so-so reviews? Definitely worth seeing for a stop on the way to the Banff Gondola for about 1-2 hours. Great for kids and informative. Even if you only check out the cave (forewarned sulfur smells) and walk the exhibits. Make sure to check out the views from the second floor.
