I recently visited (my first time) the Pangri Zampa Monastery in Thimphu and was blown away. Nestled in a quiet, green valley, the monastery offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The gobsmacking architecture is also a highlight, with unique and archetypal Bhutanese design elements. The added bonus of the College of Astrology on site made it an even more interesting visit. I highly recommend checking out this beautiful monastery if you're in Thimphu.

College of astrology. Place fully beautified with trees, flowers, stupas and temples. There exist Zhabdrung Rinpoche who once spoken, statue of 21 Tara(manifestation of Green tara) and statue of God of Engineering. Visit to explore more.
