  • If you are doing the sites of the Waterloo battlefield, this is the place to start. Firstly, it is located right in the centre of Waterloo so geographically it is the logical place to start. But...

  • The museum and battlefield excelled in my expectations. A fantastic day out. So funny in the shop, they only sold Napoleon figures. Staff very friendly. All information in several languages. A must for anyone interested in Napoleonic wars.
  • This museum is a gem in the middle of Waterloo. I must have walked past it several times. This visit followed a visit to the large Lion monument outside of Waterloo. In my opinian this is a more personal insight into the momentous events, so it is well worth a visit
