    Sjolaa is a small to medium size chocolate ship, situated a bit outside the town Mechelen, but worthwhile paying a visit. Especially when the workshops are ongoing the place is full of chocolates...

    Very fun workshop with the colleagues. We got to create our own chocolate figures and learn the process behind chocolate. Also had a taste of the various cacao products, including the new ruby. It was very fun and tasteful!
