Such an impressive museum right at the heart of Vienna. I had a fabulous time here and the expositions were beautiful, especially the Monet and Picasso one. Not much else to say, other that you should consider dedicating time to this museum on your visit to Vienna.

Beautiful museum, even for those without much of a background in art but a small interest. If you are not so familiar with the different styles I’d definitely consider getting the audio guide to go along with the exhibitions, about €3 or so. Audio guide runs from a browser on your phone, so make sure it is charged head in a bit earlier than you expect and you can easily lose track of time
