Visit what is perhaps Australia's most hallowed sporting ground, Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). The 100,000-capacity venue plays host to matches of the city's cricket club and was the site of the 1992 Cricket World Cup final and the 1956 Olympic Games. Massive music concerts attract noncricket fans. Join one of numerous daily tours and then visit the National Sports Museum, home to Australian sports memorabilia. Of course, for a truly memorable experience, attend a match among the cricket-mad faithful. Came here to watch Manchester United game on tour. It was amazing. The stadium looked amazing from afar and close up even better. The security guards were very friendly of me getting a photo from where we were not allowed because of our tickets. The seats were very nice and clean as for the toilets. The atmosphere was also great. Must go here. Very nice place.

Came here to watch the Manchester United Tour games. Very fun experience and huge stadium, not a fan of how far you are from the pitch and that Level 1 seating is quite flat which means anyone standing up will block the view of those behind. Would recommend booking on Level 2. Easily accessible via public transport, best to take the Metro after games as the tram come infrequently and it’s always packed.
